Fuel the Future of Food and Fabrication
We’re not quite open yet. We don’t have the walls up, the ovens fired, or the laser cutters humming—but what we do have is a big, beautiful vision of what’s to come. UC Makerspace and Community Kitchen (UCM) is a grassroots-powered, caffeine-fueled nonprofit-in-the-making where creators, tinkerers, chefs, and changemakers can come together to build the unimaginable and eat well while doing it.
This is where your generosity comes in. 🫶
Whether you’ve got a soft spot for sourdough or sawdust, your donation helps us get closer to opening our doors and unlocking the potential of the Upper Cumberland community. Every dollar gets us closer to providing the tools, equipment, space, and support systems that make real impact possible.
🍳 A Commercial Kitchen that gives food-based entrepreneurs, culinary creatives, and community groups a licensed space to cook, create, and collaborate.
🛠️ A Full Makerspace decked out with woodworking, metalworking, textiles, electronics, and digital fabrication equipment. (Yes, we’ll have lasers. Of course we will.)
🧠 Workshops and Skillshares to pass on know-how, connect neighbors, and keep innovation alive in every corner of the Upper Cumberland.
📦 Community Programs that fight food insecurity, empower small businesses, and offer accessible paths to entrepreneurship.
Because some people like checkbooks and others like Venmo. We don’t judge.
We’re here to stir up opportunity and solder together a stronger future. But we can’t do it without your help.
Support UC Makerspace & Community Kitchen today and be part of something weird, wonderful, and wildly impactful.
